Any discrepancy's on orders, must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the order.
For your own protection, inspect shipments before signing for freight. If a shipment is damaged, and not noted damaged on the bill of lading at the time of receipt with the carrier, the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt for all in-stock items.
This is our standard method of delivery. Ask your sales representative for prepaid freight requirements. Ground shipping carriers we use include Fed Ex, and VanEx (Priority Courier). Delivery times can vary from 1-5 business days depending on your location. Please see our shipping zone chart.
Overnight, 2nd Day
These delivery options are also available through Fed Ex. The freight charges will be billed directly to the customer.
In many cases due to the size of the order we may palletize the order and ship it through one of several freight carriers.

Net 10th Prox, Net 30 Days. We also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Interest, at the rate of 2% per month will be charged on past due balances. No orders will be shipped until all past due invoices are paid in full. All orders are subject to credit department review and approval.

Our minimum billing is $50.00. A service charge of $5.00 will be added to any orders under $50.00.
We normally backorder any items not shipped that have a billing value of $20.00 or more. Less than $20.00 the items are cancelled.
We bill actual shipping charges. We do not inflate shipping charges to account for handling, like many other companies.
Due to the fact that pricing on many of our items is based on margins between our cost and factory pricing, your costs may fluctuate due to constantly changing factory pricing.
