Shipping Delays, Extended Transit Times Across All Carriers
We have noticed some shipments are taking an extra day or two to arrive to our customers, In a few cases several days. This is across all carriers and every logistics company affecting both small parcel and freight shipments. All carriers are seeing above peak shipping volumes and expect this to continue into next year. Shipping costs are increasing dramatically on imported goods and fuel costs are rising. We are keeping our rates to our customers the same and prepaid freight amounts are not changing at this time. Please plan accordingly for stock orders in case your shipment takes additional time to arrive. While over 95% of shipments are still arriving on time, a few customers have had some delays. We do offer expedited shipping and can quote you those costs if needed.
